This was the case this year as well, and a ceremony was held in an appropriate manner and plaques and cash prizes were awarded. This year the following employees were chosen as the best:
Bašić Slaviša, driver of a truck over 20t
Stegić Milan, disc vacuum filter operator
Berić Momčilo, Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor at the Surface pit
Kondić Žarko, locksmith welder VK II
In addition to the above, a Special Award was given to a group of workers from Central Workshop who, in very bad conditions, repaired all platforms, stairs, supporting columns, substructures, roofs, facade sheets on two facilities in Ljubija, namely the loading bunker and the dump site. They mastered all these jobs with the use of aggregates and manual cranes and mostly with hard physical work. Members of this team are the following workers: Rašula Marko, Žarko Kondić, Nemanja Mitrović and Goran Trkulja.
Watches were also awarded at this ceremony to two of our colleagues for 20 years of work, effort and personal contribution to the growth and development of the Company.
