The partners who checked the documentation and checked on the ground whether we have applied the requirements of the standards and whether we adequately respond to changes in the environment are representatives of BUREAU VERITAS from Serbia.
Based on our many years of experience and examples from other mines in the area, we received certain tips for improving the implementation of the three integrated standards. Also, the topic of the review was the management of risks, both business and risks to the health and safety of workers, and recognition of possible opportunities from existing risks.
The representatives of the mentioned company, after an insight into the work processes in individual organizational units, praised our work and the progress we are making in the period between the two visits. Upon completion of the inspection, our certificates for the following integrated standards were confirmed: ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.
Following the requirements of the standard, this year we refreshed the Internal Audit Team with new members, young engineers who were not involved in the internal audit process until now. Katarina Vitezović, from the consulting company TEKON, held the eight-hour training and testing. In this way, we released some of the older internal auditors, not so much by age but by seniority, in the Internal Auditor Team from this obligation.
