Do we know it, do we understand, are we align? This activities will continue in May, and we call it educational part. Through those safety meetings, we show H&S video, and we disccuss about accident which happened to our colleagues from Mexico, Rigoberto Rivera Cerna, about his decisions and consequences.
Why we act safe at workplace? Do we wanna come back home healthy and safely? Why? Because of whom? We invited and hosted kids and spouses of our employees, allowing them to visit parental workplace (of course, with precautionary measures and where the production process was suspended). This activity we named emotional part, because we wanted to raise awareness and empathy among our employees why, and for whom is important to go back home healthy and safely.
Main event – practical part was emergency exercise we performed at Benefitiation plant – how we react in a scenario of earthquake, how to communicate, what is whose responsibility, emergency team response; This idea was originated from the base, as we were aware what happened in Turkey/Syria this year.
